getting back to yoga
During the next few weeks i’m going to follow this yoga playlist on YouTube to attempt to lose weight and start practicing yoga again. I have followed many of this channels videos before and enjoy the instructor, Adriene.

For the first day I chose to do the “hips and core vinyasa” video which was only twelve and a half minuets long. This video was a great way to restart practicing yoga again because, the moves were very simple but gives you a great work out.

After a great Yoga session I love to have a relaxing cup of loose leaf tea.
